Visible light is powerfully reflected by this high pigment paint to create a strong fluorescent effect.
Just add water and mix to a thick consistency. Dilute as required.
Can I mix it into Resin?
Yes! we recommend using Epoxy Resin.
Tip: It goes bonkers under a UV / black light ;)
